- Pawsitive Pamperings Company ships all orders UPS or USPS. Every product we ship is packed according to shipping standards and insured for the value of the product. Since we ship according to standards all shipping claims will be brought directly to UPS or USPS. Please contact us with any questions regarding this. See Shipping Damages for more information. Extra large orders, such as dog houses, will ship by motor freight with additional charges. They are too large to ship UPS or USPS.
- All orders shipped within Texas State are subject to 7.25% State Sales Tax which will be automatically calculated into your grand total.
- We also use USPS Priority Mail on lighter shipments. However there is no tracking number for these packages.
- We strive to ship our products within 1-2 business days. If a partial order is shipped separately or backordered you will be emailed with additional tracking numbers or notified of the backorder date and when the item is expected to ship.
- Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays.
- As soon as your product has been shipped you will be sent an email containing the tracking number.
We will refund the purchase price (not including shipping & handling) for any item returned that does not meet your expectations as long as the item has not been damaged due to normal use.
We are not responsible for damage which occurs in transit by return nor do we accept COD returns.
When we receive your return, we'll exchange it or refund the purchase price (less shipping and handling*), whichever you prefer. (Please allow 10-21 days for credit issue)
* Items which were shipped by free shipping will be charged normal shipping charges upon their return.
* Items shipped directly from the warehouse of a manufacturer (usually wire crates, car barriers and grooming tables and accessories), will incur a 25% restocking fee upon their return.
Send any return prepaid, insured, in new, unused condition with its original parts, instructions, packaging, and your invoice (or a copy) within 30 days of the date on the original invoice.
Items that do not meet these few conditions will be subject to a restocking fee or, at the Company's option, returned to the customer without a refund. Shipping costs on any package returned to you will be charged to your account.

- All products are inspected before being shipped, but damages may occur during shipping. If product is received damaged, it must be reported to the shipping company – usually UPS or USPS – within 24 hours. All boxes and packing material must be saved. It is possible that the shipping company may want to inspect these materials. Please notify us of the damage after you have reported the claim to the shipping company. Upon receiving credit from the carrier, the product will be re-shipped.
- Of course if the incorrect product is shipped, or the product is defective, we will correct it.
